Hello all, Out of 30 votes, 25 said yes, keep it open and 5 said to close it. So, the majority rules to keep the gateways open. A few of the comments are included below with names removed to protect privacy: My personal opinon on the poll is that subscription is voluntary, as is unsubscribing. Grinches need to learn to use their delete key or unsubscribe. The rest of us are trying to research & appreciate all possible clues. I vote to leave postings as they are. Once in a while I see one that interests me and that makes it worthwile. Listowner's comment: As for using the boards, the rule of thumb is simply, if you want to respond to any message that comes through with the words: "This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list." You MUST respond directly to the board, by clicking on the URL in the message (or copying and pasting if clicking doesn't work with your program) and then filling in the reply portion on the website.
