Ky. Stating that he was her only Guardinan and that she had no father in the State and had not lived with her father since age four. So I am assuming that thomas was married to Dicey's mother. did thomas adopt dicey?? Who was her mother. and who were his parents and who were dicey's mother's parents and who was Dicey's Dad????
