All my maternal lines have been centered in/around the Pennsylvania areas mentioned in your email, before moving to southeastern Nebraska. My ROBERT DUNN was married to REBECCA DOWDEN & they had a daughter MARY FRANCIS DUNN (1870-1946). She was my great-grandmother & married 1st my great-grandfather William M "Willie" Brown (1867-1889), then 2nd George Layman, after Willie died in a railroad accident at the age of 21 yrs. Mary Francis was pregnant with my grandfather at the time of his death. We suspect that WILLIAM DUNN married a Native American woman in Nebraska, named LITTLE FAWN, known by the Christian name of Mary. There are many family stories/memories about Grandpa's Indian connection, non-documented yet. This would have all happened in the area around Table Rock Nebraska. Does any of this sound familiar & hopefully make a connection? Sherry in Colorado
