    3. Sandra: Thanks. You can't imagine the countless clues I followed trying to find him. I was looking in WA and OR (because of his location on the 1930 census and because he had a brother out there and that was where his father died in 1890). I don't even remember how I found his married daughter in Delta, CO - so I had to try, and it worked. Now I'm putting a story together about Malendeth and all his brothers and sisters (some of the brothers were cattle rustlers, as was Malendeth before he married, and one sister was known as "Rose of the Cimarron"). I'm just trying to gather some bits and pieces of history now and I will put them all to rest.
