I bet it is! Melanie PS I went to our Carnegie Library today for the first time and began looking through the "soundex". I was looking for my Dad's grandfather and I couldn't find them listed either. It makes me wonder if it's like today where not everyone participates in the census. Also, they told me that often they are cataloged incorrectly. We'll keep looking...
