Hello Don, I don't necessarily recognize this particular line. But I come from the James Dunn (1725 - Ireland) / Martha Long family that came here in the mid-1700's, and there are a lot of the same family names as in your listings here. But then it seems that 'every' male from Ireland had these names. LOL They settled in VA and then moved to KY. My particular line then went to Indiana. One of their sons, Samuel DUNN (married to Eleanor (Elinor) BREWSTER) had two daughters who married Maxwell men. One was Sarah DUNN(b.1776) who m. John MAXWELL. The other was Mary DUNN (b.1788) who married a Dr. David MAXWELL. I don't know anything about these women except that they are the daughters of my 4th GGrandfather, and siblings to my 3rd G.Grandfather, John Dunn. :) There is a book called, 'Maxwell History & Genealogy' by Florence Wilson Houston that you may be able to access at one of your local libraries or genealogy societies. :) I have not read the book, but it has been referenced in some of my research for my Dunns. :) Barb :) Surnames: Dunn, Brewster, Groat, Harding, West, Guinn, Newton, Bettis, Red(d), Williams "Share knowledge as if it is a living entity, for in fact, it is.
