My records are mostly from the libraries at Charleston,Abbeville and only census piecemeal data. Because of my fathers job which in later years required a lot of Government travel, and at the time being too young to really appreciate his family hx.,these self made errors are catchiing up with me. I have a three year research on my mothers family, and have been totally succesful with the payoff there,even to personal contacts in Germany. My fathers name was Isaac Newton D.,son of James Howard D.(I think),and one bros.--Govan who died in BAmberg,S.C..I sincerely thank you for anything you can muster.
