This has been proven incorrect recently via paying to view the 1911 census. I am interested in John Davis Dunn, born Wooler about 1878/9. I belive his parents were George Dunn a tailor and Jane Bennett Davis. The problem I have is that on John Davis Dunn marriage certificate it states his father as John Dunn and a tailor whilst his birth certificate says George Dunn a tailor.
