Since I posted my question, I have confirmed that Andrew Dunn is the father of Julia Ann Dunn. They are in the 1870 census for Logan Co. IL. Julia was the first wife of my gr grandfather Peter B. Leach. Julia d. March 07, 1889 and is buried in Union Cemetery, Emden, IL along with her father Andrew and mother Sarah Dunn.
