I have been working on a James R Dunn born about 1832 in SC. On the 1860 Rush Co., IN census there is another James Dunn living a few dwellings down, born about 1810 in SC as well. I am thinking that they are father and son, but not positive. When I look up the James born in 1810 on familysearch.org, it shows that he was born in Abbeville Co., SC. There are also similiar names that you have mentioned in his line. Could you please get back with me so we can see if there is a connection. I have had trouble with this line for quit some time.
