Basil Neal J.P. John G. Willingham * * * * * * * This is to the best of my knowledge. There is a question about Joseph Dunn listed as one of the signees on the right. Nehemiah is shown first - he's the only surviving son of Benjamin and Sarah; then all the daughters of Benjamin and Sarah are represented by their husbands; then comes the Joseph Dunn in question, in front of the known children of dead son Josiah. He has to be the child of a Dunn son who was older than Josiah, since he is listed where the other grandchildren are, and is ahead of Benjamin, Thomas and Mary. We're pretty sure he is not the son of Josiah Dunn, since as far back as all of the records and family lore goes with Josiah's line, not once is there ever shown more than the three children Benjamin, Thomas and Mary. In the Quaker testament against Nehemiah, they mention Nehemiah knowing about his brothers bad habits. It could be that they meant brothers in the plural, and that Nehemiah and Josiah weren't the only sons. Anyway, until we have more evidence, take everything with a grain of salt, as they say. L.
