The History of Muskingum County mention that Mary Elizabeth Black, wife of Noah Swank, traveded to Muskingum County from PA with her aunt, Betsy Dunn. I believe that the Francis Dunn family arrived in the county at about the same time from researching the census records. Have you ever found a connection between these two families. We have Alexander, George, John and james and Martha, then, then later Robert, William all from n. Ireland. All the Dunns in Ireland must have used the same names. One of his brothers was James and the other was William. Also their father's name was James. The name Margaret was also in the descendants. Robert settled in Harrisville Qld with brother William. They were the first settlers in Harrisville south west of Ipswich and were there in 1855. Robert may have come ahead of brothers and sister.
