Hi Carole, It is a paper newsletter that was supposed to be published quarterly and covers all derivations of the surname Dunn (Dun, Dunne, Don, etc.). I had some family medical problems though which prevented me from continuing it last year. I will be picking publishing up again at the end of this month though. There are currently abt 50 paid subscribers and an additional 50 who are scheduled to receive their preview issue this month for a total of about 100 receiving the newsletter this month. I don't charge for the newsletter other than the cost of printing and postage, but I do like to include reunion information, etc. when possible. You can read more about it if you'd like at the All Dunn website at http://jadis.darktech.org:8080/bfp/dunn.html Let me know if you'd like me to include your reunion information in this issue. Searching for my 2d G Grandmother Ruinda Dunn, b 19 May 1798, N.Y., married William Augustus Hopkins 1816 in Pittsford, NY. I note that a Alexander Dunn, b 1761 place unknown, died 24 Aug 1811 and is buried in the Pittsford, Monroe County, New York Cemetery. He is listed as a Revolutionary Patriot, and it is possible he *might* be the father of Ruinda? Thanks in advance for any help. Robert Caris

Hi Morgan, No, unfortunately I don't have any of the names you mentioned in my tree. The only Earl I have is son of William and Annie Sells Dun, probably born between 1860-1880. Looking for anything on Miranda Harrell who married James W. Dunn in Trigg Co KY about 1900 / 1904. Evidence suggests that she died about 1911 or so ( no wife in household & last child was 9 in 1920 census). Older family members recall stories about her dying in childbirth, but details are sketchy. Children were: Chester, Lurline, Robert, & May. Lurline married Herman C Mitchell SR, which is the line I'm researching. Thanks, Lee Blackburn
Hi Christi, I don't know if there is a connection but you're group is at least in the right township. I'm trying to locate more info about Joseph Mitchell Dunn and his wife Beatrice Clementine Becker. They lived at 7897 Dublin Road in 1960 when Beatrice's father died. According to Beatrice's parents' (William Becker and Margaret Ann Fitzhenry) obits, she and Joseph Dunn had 3 children - unfortunately none were named in any of the obits. My connection is actually through Margaret Fitzhenry's mother, Margaret O'Shaughnessy, who, we think, was sister to my gg gf Thomas O'Shaughnessy. Is there any chance you've run across this group in your research?
