William Smith b. 1784 in Kilmarnock, Dunbartonshire d. 23 Oct 1862 in Kilmarnock. William married Janet Cameron before 1826. Janet was born abt 1791 in Kilmarnock and died between 1851-1861. They had four children that I know of: William b. 1826, Mary b. 1826, James b. abt 1830, and Andrew b. abt 1833. William Sr.'s parents are Walter Smith and Elizabeth Hutton. Janet Cameron's parents are unknown. If anyone has more information on this family, it would be very helpful.
