Hi Elaine: I think that the Civil Registration Index that is held by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints goes past the date of 1907 (not sure). You could phone your local Library and ask them if they have it. If not, go to Scots Origin on line - it will cost you money - but you would locate it there. Hope this has been of some help.
