Hello! I'm new to the lists, and am researching a couple of different names. I'm posting to both lists because I'm not sure exactly which is more appropriate, as my current information lists both Lanarkshire and Dunbarton. Here is the info I have: John KINNIBURGH, b. 25 May 1805, Queen Street, Kirkintillock, d. 27 Oct 1863. Married to Janet MILLS, b. abt 1804, d. 25 Mar 1864 in Kirky. His father was Alexander KINNIBURGH, b. 17 January 1769 in Kirkintillock. I don't have any information on his wife and family (and would like some!). His (John's) Grandfather was James Cunningburgh KINNIBURGH, b 17 Dec. 1739, Toddhills, Kirkintillock. I need information on the spouse and family here, also. His Great Grandfather was James Cunningburgh Kinniburgh, b. abt 1708 in Kirkintillock. Need spouse and family information. I'm also looking for information on Margaret BLACK, b. 17 Dec 1828. Married to James KINNIBURGH on 29 Nov 1850 in Kirkintillock. I have no information on her ancestors. If anyone can fill in any information for me, I'd appreciate it! TIA, Connie (Marion, MT)
