It's very late and I cannot remember the details but all my Williamsons were recorded in Oldkilpatrick , Dumbarton usually with of Mains and 'in Collquhoun.' Walter WILLIAMSON was Humphray WILLIAMSON'S father who was father to James WILLIAMSON b 1784 my gt--grandfather. Hope we may have something to share. All my Williamsons seem to marry COLQUHOUNS and vise versa with a few outsiders from time to time! Cheers, Sue H maternal line WILLIAMSON *****Does any otf this ring any bells ----- Original Message ----- From: "Edna C" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, June 03, 2006 1:53 AM Subject: [DUNB] MI transcriptions, Macfarlane > > Hello all, > I've just returned from a trip to Scotland and literally fell into a > church yard full of headstones at Luss, beside Loch Lomond with one of my > family surnames, Macfarlane, mentioned on 40-50 headstones. > Is there a website or list that I can search to see if these stones and > monuments have been transcribed?
