I recently have obtained copies of some birth/marriage records from the parish of Row. There was reference made to Miln of Milligs and also of a place called Millig in a couple of the birth/marriage records. One of the fathers of the people in question was a miller.. I think that is where the "Miln of Milligs" comes in. I have checked a map of Dunbartonshire and have no idea where this place would be located, but I am thinking it must be somewhere in the Row/Helensburg area.. or am I wrong? Anyone have any idea? T.
