Hello John Any idea of the parents of your Catherine McAUSLAN or is there any clue such as the use of surnames as middle names for the children? I have a Margaret CHALMERS married 1829 in Row to Alexander McAUSLAN with quite a large family in Row parish. Margaret CHALMERS was a sister of my gggrandmother Christian CHALMERS (married Duncan McCALLUM), both daughters of John CHALMERS and Margaret NIVEN from Roseneath. Any connection?
