As well to know that World Connect, so far as I am aware, has its intricacies, as does Genes Reunited. I've heard from one subscriber who is, no longer. I am afraid to say that we need to remind the uninitiated that the "predator and the prey" exists in genealogy as it does in real life. My purpose here is to suggest that even though genealogy is based on, hopefully, trust, understanding, courtesy, public records, there are some who will grab at our efforts and run away without even a thank you. For those of us who have records that are written from family anecdotes and records, I think we need to be aware.
