Hi: I have a friend who is searching for Liddells - she has an Agnes Medora Liddell born May 1864 in Iowa Hill, Placer County, California. I myself am working on my daughter-in-law's family and she has a Margaret Macauly who married William Allan. He was born in G,asgow, Lanark, Scotland in 1790. They had a daughter Catherine (born 1825 in Scotland) who married Alexander Arthur and had a son with the first name Macauley born 1850. If any of this clicks please get in touch.\ I have quite a few Arthurs from Scotland if anyone is working on that name.
