I have the 1841 census and the marriage as well, but not sure who William's father is although the most likely candidate age-wise is John Risk chr. 6 Feb 1759 and wife Elizabeth Hay. It seems that they christened/baptized children a bit older, so I am assuming that was the case with John. So far for William/Janet I have Janet 1813 Jean 1814 James 1816 Alexander 1816 Rebekah 1821 Elizabeth 1826 Ann 1828 Have you made any more progress?
