Hello everyone, I was wondering whether anyone had access to parish records for Dumbarton? I'm trying to find out more information about a couple who were having children there. Their names were: ARCHIBALD DAVIDSON who married MARGARET MCFARLANE in 1801. They had children there in 1802, 1804 and 1806 (from IGI). I was wondering if there may be any other information in the entries to suggest Archibald had been in the Navy/Army at all and if they 'disappeared' from the records there or were buried there. The reason why I'm trying to discover this is because I'm trying to figure out if they were my ancestors, the parents of HARRIET DAVISON who was christened in Canterbury Kent in 1811.
