I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where to look or what organisation to approach to find the details a claim that were made for an estate. The claim were not successful. All the individuals involved in the claim are long since dead, all that remains is the knowledge that a claim was made and everyone contributed to send legal representation to England to present the case. We are not interested in the legalities of the claim itself but in the genealogy information which may have been presented at the time. The claim was in connection with Lennox properties in Stirling Shire which were sold in 1927 to the Glasgow Parish Council. The claim I presume would have been well before this date.
