    3. Looking for information on the family of James M. MANSON (b. 1862 So. Leith) who married Catherine WAUGH (b. 1861 Renton) in Bonhill in Dec 1888. They live at Milton Terrace from about 1888 to 1914. James and Catherine worked at the Turkey Red Dye Works. James was heavily involved in the famous strike there in 1910. Catherine and James raised 8 children in Jamestown between 1890 and 1906: Mary, Robert, Isabella, Catherine, John, James, William, Margaret. The family had close ties with WAUGHs, BROWNs, GALLACHERs, WATSONs, CARMICHAELs, FERGUSONs. Daughter Mary was a teacher in the area from about 1908 too 1913.
