I don't know who Alberta Dunbar is but the source said this info came from her notes: "Eleanor Dunbar was born around 1730 probably in Scotland. She married Joseph Howe born around 1748 in Boston MA. Her parents were John Dunbar, born c1701 died 174? and Mary Anderson. John died in VA their son John son 1 Ann McBride 2 Sarah Chilten. Daughters: Anne married James Cahoon, Eleanor m. Joseph Howe, Martha married 1. William Claypole 2. John Jackson, Margaret married James Claypole." This info didn't go back any further. Does any of that look familiar?
