Hi, Lily - I can't answer your question myself, but have sent the query on to two friends in Scotland, one with the Traditional Music and Song Association (TMSA) and one who is the traditional music coordinator for the Dumfries & Galloway Arts Assoc. in Dumfries, both of whom I will see within the next three weeks.
