In 1823 Robert Lorimer of Kirkland Farm, Kirkconnel parish died from falling off of his horse. He was the husband of Jane Vigor Muir. In a document from the Dumfries Sheriffs Court, he was 1/6th owner of the Crawick Carpet Works... Does anyone know who the other owners were? Thanks Margo
