    2. Hello Sandy, Thank you for the infomation. Too bad old George wasn't there. The second marriage of Joseph Clark to Barbara Thomson was news to me. From the IGI, I found out that they married 9 months after his first wife died; from Scotlandspeople, Joseph died of paralysis in Dumfries Hospital in 1870. And of course the hospital matron who was the informant didn't know his parents' names!! Thanks again for taking the trouble to record all the information and share it.
