Hi, Sandy - Good luck with this problem, since it seems you are stuck in the automated response rut. Reminds me of my attempts to get a real human from my ISP to respond to me for a simple question - suddenly no human is at the end of a phone call or an e-mail, and there is no suggested recourse short of discovering the bunker wherein they have the servers and pinning or gluing a note directly to same, in case they ever come to service the servers. I'll wait and hope for the best!! And may a herd of flea-infested camels take residence in their (ISP's) sitting rooms if they give you any grief.
