Their hold on life was fragile, as can be seen from the following MI in Dornock churchyard: Mary Graham spouse of Thomas Nicholson, Dornock who died 20th June 1845 age 56. Also fifteen of their children in all who died in infancy and the above Thomas Nicholson who died 30th July 1855 age 70. Rene Anderson
