Hi List Can anybody help solve a mystery on a death certifcate There is a strange note on the side panel of the certificate that says:Result of Precognition see Reg of C.O.D. Vol 1 page 47 17th July 1888 the cause of death on the certificate gives c.o.d (Supposed) Heart failure drops down suddenly. Has anybody have any idea how I could get a copy of this entry. Hi David, I also have a death certificate from 1920 with a note like this and am similarly interested in what it means and how I can follow-up on it. Does anyone know where these registers are held?
