Hi May, Children of Mary Ann BOYD & John McDonald all born in Ecclefechan/Hoddam area as follows: John Muray BOYD b 1871 (same parents) died 22 Dec 1895 (unmarried) Elizabeth b 7 Aug 1873 m. 17 Jun 1892 Thomas ELLIOT Thomas b 21 Aug 1876 James b abt 1879 Hugh b 10 May 1881 I have been unable to find the marriage date of the parents but believe they were married in Annan after 1871 following the birth of John Murray BOYD. John McDonald was born abt 1851 in Hoddam.
