    3. Hello to you all What a great website! I am looking for information of my Great Grandfather, EDWARD GRAHAM (b circa 1856 South Hetton, Co Durham) according to the 1881 and 1901 Census. 1881 - Edward is listed with his wife, Ann Graham (maiden name unknown) and 2-year-old daughter Annah B Graham. 1901 - Edward is listed with wife Mary Ann Graham (nee BYTHEWAY) (my Great Grandparents) and the following children - George 10 - born America (BS) Sarah 8 - born Haswell, Co Durham James 5 - born Hetton, Co Durham Frances Esther (my Grandmother) - born Newbottle Co Durham The information on these two census sheets are the only details I have of Edward Graham and I would love to discover his parents/possible brothers/sisters etc to further my research. Edward Graham was a coalminer. I cannot find details of Edward's Birth, any of his marriages, or find him on the 1861, 1871 or 1891 Census in this area. I have tried to find the family on Passenger lists etc but to no avail. (Obviously he may have been in America for the 1891 Census and possibly married my Great Grandmother there.) There is talks within the family that Philadelphia or Pennsylvania may have been possibilities as Mary Ann BYTHEWAY's family seem to have emigrated there. If this fits with any of your GRAHAM ancestors or you can help me in any way, however small, I would be more than grateful. Thanks for taking the time in reading this - and I look forward to hopefully hearing from any of you. Regards Sue x --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
