Hi Sorry for the repost but missed out ELLIOT in the subject line Hi was wondering if anybody may be able to help me with any information on the following family I have two Brothers a James ELLIOT(1) and Walter ELLIOT(2) I belive there parents were James ELLIOT(3) and Isobel TELFER, I can however not find no record of James(1) or Walters(2) births or James ELLIOT(3) and Isobel TELFER's marriages. James ELLIOT(1) was born about 1790 in Canonbie and and married Jane NICHOL daughter of Alexander NICHOL and Mary Robson Walter ELLIOT(2) was born about 1778(according to 1851 census)-1786(1841 Census) in Cavers he married Nelly ROBINSON. Walter died 7 May 1854 and is buried in Oxnam Churchyard. If anybody can help me with James(1) and Walter(2) birth dates and confirm parents names I would be most gratefull.. And also a marriage date for James(1). Any other information on this family would be much appricated Regards Vinnie
