OK we are getting somewhere! In 1891 census Donald is a quarry man In 1881 census he is in Morton parish age 26 as a lodger. No wife! So possibly married after this. He is born in Nairn, In Scotlandspeople there is a Margaret Wells born 1861 in Dumfriesshire. Not sure what parish Gaston is in. Maybe someone else can help there before I waste some credits!
