Something occurred with Maxwell's first wife and then Maxwell married again to a Dalbeattie girl known as Mary Jane McArthur McCartney born about 1900. and they had four children- Robert Thom. Andrew Thom Margaret Thom George A Thom, who was born in about 1935 in Dalbeattie and we know George A, left Dalbeattie in abt 1965 and moved to Canada but as yet have little or nothing else to go on with, can SKS help put us on the right track here please?
