My nearest Johnstone is Sophia Johnstone c1715 b Kirkpatrick Juxta married George Carruthers 1733 Her Parents David Johnstone c1692 Beattock death 1750 Kirkpatrick Juxta and Jean Copland. His parents ? David Johnstone death 1705 Sophia's siblings are Rachael Johnstone died 1748 Margaret Johnstone David Johnstone bJun 1724 Beattock I believe Beattock is very close to Moffat. Is anyone else researching this family or knows anything about them?
