I am interested in a Hugh McMath, born in Ireland and moved to Stranraer. He married Janet Kerr 24 Nov 1793 in Kirkmaiden. They had a daughter, Helen baptized 21 Sept 1794 and a son James christened 29 Feb 1796. Both events took place at Kirkcolm.
