Can anyone point me to more information on the drowning of three men from Lochmaben who drowned in the River Annan on 12 September 1802. Two were brothers Robert and John Bell sons of Robert Bell and his wife Janet Boyes in Blackrigghouse, Lochmaben Muir, and the third was a young man from a neighbouring farmstead. Iain Crosbie
