Mr. Wright, I am posting your message on the Duckworth message board and I wish I could help more. I did find two Charles Duckworths on familysearch.com that were in Lancashire, Both were one year old in the 1881 census. I tried a web search of the Lincolnshire Regiment and found the following website which you may already be aware of: http://www.1914-1918.net/index.htm which states that only 30% of enlisted records for the regiment are still in existence.
