I am new to this list and am looking for a DUCKWORTH family that had ties to THOMAS WHITE b. abt 1775 (place unknow) who married ELIZABETH JETTON abt. 1799 in NC prob. Mecklenburg. THOMAS WHITE and ELIZABETH JETTON migrated to Rutherford Co. TN. after 1805 and he died near what is now Murfreesboro TN in 1811. Court records show he left notes in NC. to the following: Rutherford Co. TN Court Records Oct. 1811 Book2 Page 146 Additional return of the estate of Thomas White, deceased, to October sessions 1811 by JOHN L. JETTON admr. Received in North Carolina the following notes belonging to the estate of Thomas White, deceased: Notes on JAMES CANNON, with interest, one note on ALEXANDER GREGORY, one on ROBERT DUCKWORTH, one on WILLIAM WHITE and one on JOHN COOK. Amount $338.17 August 18. 1811. Hoping to find the parents and siblings of THOMAS WHITE. I feel he had ties to the DUCKWORTH family. Linda
