On the first day they were separated and never found one another again. John went first to Scranton, Pa., married Elizabeth Judge of Sligo 1836-1917(with whom he had 10 children),moved west as a RR section foreman and finally settled at Gilberts, Ill where he farmed until he died in June, 1900.B 2/28/1828.
