Driscoll, 84, or 2 Kelsey Ave., past commander of the American Legion post, died Tuesday at home. He was an Army veteran of World War I. A native of West Springfield, and resident here 57 eyars, he was a retired forman for Uniroyal Inc., Chicopee. Driscoll was a communicant of St. Paul's Church. Besides his wife, the former Gladys A. Currier, he leaves four sons, Richard J., Donald R. and Raymond C., all of East Longmeadow, and Stuart R. of Covina, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The funeral will be Friday morning at Byron's Allen Street Funeral Home, Sprinfield, and in the church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
