My Doyle is Nellie. I found her on the 1880 census in Denver, Colo, married to James Case. It says she was born in CT in 1856 and her parents were born in Ireland. I have never been able to find her on anything else, census, death or whatever, but Colorado didn't do much in those times. I found James Case buried in Pueblo, Colo where their son was born in 1883 but nothing on her. I was amazed to find that since I had been looking for so long. I have found Doyles in Hartford, Fairfield, Middlesex, and New Haven, CT. But no Nellie. She could have been Ellen, Eleanor or something else too. Anyone have anything on the CT census in 1860?
