I have a Mary Ann Doyle, b. 8 Nov. 1858 in Albany NY, daughter of Edward Doyle and Mary Ryan (b. Ireland) who married in about 1889 Thomas W. Gallagher, b. 4 Jun 1839 in Carrentober?, Tubbercurry, County Sligo Ire. I do not have firm information on the marriage (just the year), so I do not know if she was married before. Thanks, Dan. Unfortunately our Mary Ann's are not one and the same. My Mary Ann and William Whalen were married sometime before 1886 and stayed married until Mary Ann's death sometime between 1900 and 1905..
