    3. Judy, When my mother was pregnant with me her father passed away and she and my father purchased a farm north of Binghamton in upstate NY. I was born there, at home. I did check out some Doyles on earlier census' but never knew of any connection and even asked my late Uncle Ed, my Dad's youngest brother, why they chose that area. He thought the land was cheap and listed for sale in some catalogue--but I still wonder if my father knew any of the Doyles in that area---or even Bogerts, his mother's maiden name.
