    3. Well Dud, rats! OUch! I broke my ankle around five years ago and injured my shoulder just dragging myself up and down the stairs. I have some idea of the pain. If someone else can respond, I would love to know about Martin Doyle's family. My best advice on breaks, etc. Get lots of physical therapy. It worked for me and I still use the exercises whenever the pain returns. Maybe we can mail stuff.
