My great great grandfather was James William Doyle b. Dec 30, 1845. He lived in and around the area you mentioned. He had a daughter Mattie Bell Doyle( my great-grandmother) and possibly two sons; George O Doyle & Newt Doyle. (I have the Doyle/Davis family Bible with many listings that I have yet to connect. He was married to Sarah Ann Johnson. If any of this is familiar, please get back with me. I would love to see his pension record and anything else you might have that goes along with this family line.
