My Mothers family emigrated to Australia (that's for another day though!!) and I have had the pleasure of visiting your wonderful country. I have not been tracing for long but find it an absorbing hobby and very fascinating. The Dowsett line I'm following didn't appear to move around too much as they were mainly bricklayers, groundsmen and servants. Again thank you for your interest.
